Titus Books (publisher)
Titus Books is an independent publisher based in Auckland, New Zealand. Founded in 2005, it was noted by reviewer Katherine Liddy in Landfall as an "exciting" addition to New Zealand literature. (Landfall 211: May, 2006)
It publishes a mixture of emerging and established novelists and poets. Authors published by Titus Books include Bronwyn Lloyd, Kendrick Smithyman, Alex Wild, Stephen Oliver [1], Scott Hamilton (sociologist), Mike Johnson [2], William Direen [3], Jack Ross [4], Richard von Sturmer, Rogelio Guedea es:Rogelio Guedea [5], David Lyndon Brown, Ted Jenner, Richard Taylor and Jen Crawford.
The publisher's New Zealand base organises local launches and hard copy sales; the French-New Zealand side edits hard copy periodical Percutio [6], and edits the on-line magazine OPEN ACCESS ESSAYS [7] on trans-cultural themes.
